Work Package 2

Engineering and Phenotypic Profiling of Marine Microbiomes and Bioactive Compounds

WP2 will explore the potential of marine microbiomes (WP1), microbial strains and consortia (synthetic microbial communities) to improve the health and growth of aquaculture-relevant organisms, in particular in systems, such as marine fish larvae and molluscs, that lack environmentally sound disease control strategies.
