Computational Mass Spectrometry Workshop in Aberdeen
MARBLES partner Marine Biodiscovery Centre (Dept. of Chemistry, University of Aberdeen, UNIABDN) is organising an interactive workshop on Computational Mass Spectrometry in June 2024.
The course offers a first-hand opportunity to learn about mass spectrometry (MS) data analysis tools directly from their makers! The workshop will be run with an active learning format allowing participants to perform real time exercises on their data. All talks are followed by Q&A sessions so participants will have the chance to discuss their findings with the creators of computation tools such as GNPS, FERMO and SIRIUS.
Lunch and coffee will be provided.
Due to room availability, please register for free.
