BBNJ PrepCom III
The third session (PrepCom III) of the Preparatory Commission for the BBNJ Agreement is scheduled to take place from 23 March - 2 April 2026 in New York. This follows the second session (PrepCom II) from 18-29 August 2025 and will focus on the organisational and substantive matters required before the BBNJ Agreement enters into force.
